1) Hey Gorgeous Events blog
On the Hey Gorgeous Journal, you will find categories to explore including: business advice, project & recipes, and visual editorial projects. It is a very elegant and well-detailed resource for planning ideas and advice. Rhi, the owner, is a fantastic event designer and share personal insights into her event design business.
2) Reverie Made
Kristin Polhemus shares the inspiration behind her events and designs. She also provides her reader with recommendations of readings, advice, and fun insight into where she finds her passion for what she does.
3) Glamour and Grace
Here you’ll find inspiration for the modern vintage bride. Editor Megan has combined charm and elegance with handmade and recycled pieces to create weddings tailored to each bride and groom.
4) Grace Ormonde
Glamour and high-end design inspiration and advice are what you will find here. Extravagant ceremonies and receptions to island weddings and the must-have attire in the wedding industry today are highlighted on this blog.
5) Mindy Weiss
Celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss does an outstanding job of incorporating current styles and trends with event advice and inspiration in her blog. She includes DIY projects, events, and her personal favorites and finds!
6) Perfect Palette
This website is one of my favorites! It allows you or your clients to explore different color palettes and extract accent colors for the event. Browse through pictures of real weddings and events and get inspired by various settings.
7) The Mint Design Blog
Mint sees invitations and stationery as lifelong keepsakes and not just a throw-away mailer with a date on it. Their blog provides advice and designs for many occasions and shows how the stationery for an event can set the tone for the rest of the details to come.
8) Every Last Detail
On this website, you step into pages of real wedding, inspiration, planning tools for weddings, and help with finding vendors. This is a great tool for brides planning their wedding, but also a great resource for wedding planners to browse photos of weddings for design inspiration.
9) DIY Bride
Brides and grooms are looking to save money and do more themselves when it comes to weddings now. This is a fabulous site for couples looking for inspiration, but also for wedding planners to find ways to add the more personal DIY touches and ideas to your client’s weddings.
10) Etsy Wedding Blog
Who doesn’t love Etsy? Especially when it comes to their wedding blog! You will find ideas here for all aspects of a wedding including ideas on finding the perfect ring, how to decide what style matches a bride and groom and of course, Etsy’s wedding shop.
